How do I ship my bag to Seoul?
We provide detailed packaging instructions after you confirm a quote. Use DHL or FedEx with declared value insurance. Most bags from the US arrive in 3–5 business days.
How much does international shipping cost?
Typically $80–$150 USD round trip (Seoul and back) for a single bag via DHL or FedEx insured, depending on declared value. We arrange the return shipment from our end.
What if my bag is damaged in transit?
We recommend insuring the shipment for full replacement value. If damage occurs in transit, the insurance claim covers it. We package the return shipment with premium materials and full insurance.
Do you communicate in English?
Yes — all consultations, quotes, and progress updates are in English. We respond via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email.
How long does restoration take?
Most projects take 2–4 weeks from receipt, depending on scope. We communicate the timeline clearly before you ship and send progress photos mid-restoration.
